WinMOD-SIMLINE libraries
The WinMOD-SIMLINE libraries are used to virtualise real conveyor systems. Configurable components for conveyor technology, sensor technology and conveyed goods enable realistic WinMOD-SIMLINE real-time material flow simulation.
WinMOD-SIMLINE Library BASIC for basic elements
The BASIC library provides functional elements such as sources, sinks, various sensors and scanners, as well as many visual design elements such as equipment labels, fences, frames, etc. This library is a standard part of the WinMOD-SIMLINE system and is supplied with it.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library CCS for Container Conveying Systems
The WinMOD-SIMLINE Container Conveying Systems (CCS) library is used to create sorting and picking systems for containers, cartons and other small goods. In addition to classic roller conveyors and transfer units, there are also typical curved roller conveyors, belt curves and accumulation roller conveyors. All elements are fully parameterisable. In addition to a number of typical container and carton transport goods, individual objects ranging from bottles and pack trays to machine components can also be integrated. Anything that can be sorted, picked and packed. Real conveyor systems can thus be created with absolute precision in WinMOD-SIMLINE. Not only are the real dimensions correct, but also the mechanical interlocking and thus the exact number of electrical components required.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library PCS for Pallet Conveying Systems
The WinMOD-SIMLINE Pallet Conveying Systems (PCS) library contains all the elements needed to generate sorting, picking and palletising systems as functional WinMOD-SIMLINE systems. The elements range from simple roller conveyors and corner transfer combinations to various empty pallet dispensers, and are all fully parameterisable. For palletising systems, combination with the WinMOD-SIMLINE Robotics libraries is possible. Real conveyor systems can thus be created with absolute precision in WinMOD-SIMLINE. Not only are the real dimensions correct, but also the mechanical interlocking and thus the exact number of electrical components required. An extensive number of typical transport goods is also included.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library SKID for SKID Conveying Systems
The WinMOD-SIMLINE SKID Conveying Systems library (SKID) is specially designed for automotive engineering and enables all areas, from connecting conveyor technology in Body-in-white to paint shop lines and complex MAT lines and sorting storage systems, to be created as a WinMOD-SIMLINE system. The library includes simple roller conveyors, transfer combinations, link conveyors, empty SKID dispensers and linear units with handling functions. All elements are fully parameterisable and combinable. From the first body shell to the finished car, all conveyor processes and process transitions can be implemented in WinMOD-SIMLINE. An extensive number of typical SKID modules and standard car bodies allows you to start a WinMOD-SIMLINE system immediately without having to wait for 3D CAD data. However, individual CAD-based SKID modules can be integrated at any time if necessary. This ensures geometrically accurate sensor detection, especially in MAT systems.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library STORE for Storage-Retrival Systems
The WinMOD-SIMLINE Library Storage-Retrival Systems (STORE) enables automatic warehouses to be generated entirely as WinMOD-SIMLINE systems. The travel routes of the storage and retrieval machines are parameterised using floor rail elements such as straight sections, curves and switches. Standard storage and retrieval machines can be individually adapted to the respective real SRM, in particular the rail and code band readers. In addition, there are various load handling devices for the possible lifting and gripping mechanisms. The racks themselves are also created using parameterisable elements with frame size, number of storage levels or spaces.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library EMS for Electric Monorail Systems
The WinMOD-SIMLINE Electric Monorail Systems (EHB) library contains all the elements necessary to generate a functional WinMOD-SIMLINE system for a given rail layout. To this end, rails, curves, various types of switches, rail lifts and travel modules are parameterised in terms of design and function. The WinMOD-SIMLINE connection point system makes it possible to quickly and easily create even complicated track layouts, whether with inclines, level changes or varying curve radii. This allows for initial validation of the track layout in the WinMOD-SIMLINE 3D environment.
The WinMOD-SIMLINE library contains standard EHB vehicles for light-duty and heavy-duty applications. These include, for example, typical combinations of lifting and swivel frames to simulate the processes in assembly lines or transfer to other conveyor lines as in the real process. In addition, manufacturer-specific EHB vehicles can be individually virtualised. CAD-based design elements, components or car bodies can of course also be integrated. WinMOD-SIMLINE sensors for vehicle and component detection and parameterisable rail and code band communication make it possible to simulate any real EHB system type.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library EFS for Electric Floor Systems
The WinMOD-SIMLINE Electric Floor Systems (EBB) library contains all the elements needed to generate specified track layouts as a WinMOD-SIMLINE system. The double floor tracks with straight sections, curves and switches are parameterised in terms of design and function. Standard and manufacturer-specific vehicles can be virtualised individually. With the classic WinMOD-SIMLINE conveyor technology, the necessary “on-board“ technology such as roller or chain conveyors and sensors can then be installed on the vehicles. The rail and code band communication makes it possible to simulate any real EBB system type.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library AP for Automotive Parts
The AP library contains elements for automotive engineering, such as side panels, doors, front flaps, etc.
WinMOD-SIMLINE library FANUC
The WinMOD-SIMLINE robot libraries ABB, KUKA and FANUC Robots contain many different robot models based on real-life models. The 6-axis articulated arm robots form the basis, but palletisers with compensation mechanisms and small robots for pick-and-place of small parts are also available. The gripping and handling devices on the robot head can again be implemented using parameterisable elements from the robot environment libraries. The devices can be enhanced with individual 3D CAD data at any time. Piece goods are again recorded using the WinMOD-SIMLINE sensors.
