WinMOD Remote Tool

As part of WinMOD support, we offer online remote assistance via the Internet for the engineering of WinMOD projects.

The necessary technical requirements are an internet connection available on the WinMOD PC and the WinMOD Remote Tool. You can obtain this tool free of charge by clicking on the download link below. It is not usually necessary to adjust the firewall.  To ensure that the technical requirements for using WinMOD Remote Support are met, we recommend that you carry out a connection test with us in advance. Please download the tool and contact our WinMOD hotline (+49(0)3302/2097-125) for the test.

Appointments for WinMOD Remote Support are arranged individually between you and a member of staff.

For customers without the „WinMOD software maintenance service“, billing is based on previously agreed time spent.
